So I was using Hooked In Motions iCollect for movies. It was running terribly the last few months. So I finally contacted support, only to get a reply that HIMiCollect is now part of the SortIt family. And to download the Movies app, and follow the import instructions. I followed it to the "T", but for some reason the SortIt Movies app keeps crashing as its importing. I also followed the troubleshooting from SortIt, but no luck. I even went as far as purchasing the Pro version just incase I had to for importing. Still nothing. And they dont even provide an email address to contact them about issues. Even though thats what they tell you to do if you keep having issues. What a waste of $5.99 and time. Update 5-20-15: So the guy who runs this database ended up manually fixing my issue. But since the latest update, my 500+ movie list, is now 22. He replied with troubleshooting tips. Nothing worked. Now he wont reply back. Been a few weeks since Ive heard back, and several unanswered emails. Update: 8-3-15: After several unanswered emails, I get a reply back in June. After replying back, I have not since heard from them. Several updates have come and gone, and my issue is still unresolved. And have not heard back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP APP, AND CRAPPY
